Hubristic leaders are powerful and successful individuals who become overly confident and ambitious.  Their behaviours become self-serving and reckless.  They also show contempt for the advice and criticism of others.  As a result they over-reach themselves and inflict significant harm on their colleagues, their organization and beyond.

The Hubris Hub is a resource for managers, researchers and students on the subject of hubris and hubristic leadership.

Its aim is to help people to understand the hubris hazard, appreciate the risks it presents and combat the dangers that it poses.

Simply click on the various links on each of the pages to explore the fascinating, and sometimes frightening, world of hubris.
